Our goal is to educate buyers, sellers and investors so they can make wise Real Estate decisions.
We are both full time agents and have been selling residential real estate for over 30 years. Cheryl has earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) designations while Chuck is an Associate Broker and has training and experience in New Construction. He has earned his RCC (Residential Construction Certified) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialists) designations.
